- Day 1–60: Build Auth, Chat UI, E2E Encryption.
- Day 61–90 (Testing): Exclusive Access for Waitlist.
- DAY 91: PUBLIC LAUNCH v1.0 (Chat Only).
PHASE 2Days 91 - 180
SOCIAL NETWORK
Goal: Replace Instagram
- Day 91–150: Build Feed, Likes, Profiles.
- Day 151–180 (Testing): V2.0 Beta for Waitlist.
- DAY 181: PUBLIC LAUNCH v2.0 (Chat + Feed).
PHASE 3Days 181 - 300
VIDEO & LIVE
Goal: The Super App
- Day 181–270: Reels, Video Player, Live Streaming.
- Day 271–300 (Testing): High-Bandwidth Tests.
- DAY 301: PUBLIC LAUNCH v3.0 (Full Social Experience).

BUSINESS & POLISH
Goal: Stability & Monetization
- Day 301–365: Bug bashing, monetization (Ads/Premium), Year 2 Prep.
